In yet another embarrassing spectacle for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley, her husband PK has been arrested and charged with driving under the influence, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office confirmed to TMZ on Friday.
According to the website, sources familiar with the matter say that PK was driving with his daughter when he crashed his car into a hydrant in Santa Monica. PCH District Attorney Jackie Lacey has since confirmed that the matter has been turned over to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and that PK has been charged with drunk driving with a blood alcohol content above .08 percent.
PK and his wife Dorit, who are a fixture on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, have been married since 2016 and have three children together. The couple has been accused of domestic violence in the past.
In September 2018, Dorit was arrested on domestic violence charges, allegedly assaulting PK and throwing a suitcase at him, as well as slashing his tires and rolling him over with her car in a Hollywood parking garage. She was later charged and released on $40,000 bail.
As for the driveway incident, the couple’s 3-year-old daughter gave a witness an account of the incident that night as they awaited their court appearance on the alleged domestic violence charges.
A rep for Dorit did not respond to requests for comment.
